They were going to run it on 3rd but they killed the play call because UCLA loaded the box.

We are watching the future tonight with Gunnell and the play calling. Granted you would think he will mature and we would have better execution.

Have to say the defense has stepped it up and that’s good on Yates. Pressuring a guy like the UVLA WB can be tough but we got the most part are keeping him in the pocket and making him beat us with his arm. We just need to start pounding the rock

Back up QB and they just grind it down our throats. I would have thought that would be our game on. Can’t understand how we didn’t just try and make the new QB beat us. Tackle the five back and make the QB keep it.

Go into the 4 th with a chance but you almost feel like we have no chance the way it has played out. No commitment to the running game and a freshman QB. Just think we have an uphill climb
