Baylor didn't even do anything that well besides rebound. We just missed every shot and a bunch of wide open ones.

Well, missed the last 2 minutes of the game. Thanks ESPN. But great showing by the team with all the headwinds they were up against. Covered the spread. Could have cratered but didn’t. Not gonna shoot that poorly the rest of the season.

Some negative and positives to take away from the game. I like that we eventually cut it down to a one possession game with a chance to tie at the end. I am concerned with the rebounding. Overall the officiating was pretty atrocious as was our offensive flow. Oh well, onto the next one.

82.4 percent FTs actually quite good. Just needed to hit the earlier ones.

I was thinking the same thing. If UA just had a normal game they would have trounced Baylor.

Was not impressed at all, esp end of game when Baylor tried to give the game away and the UA could not capitalize.

Groan. Even if we had tied it up it feels as if we would have fallen prey to the demons this game: refs/weak legs/short shots/refs/missed bunnies/TOs/refs/slow rotation down the stretch/two starters under the weather/refs

Good summary. Everything was going wrong. Pretty much needed to do just one thing right to win. The part that bothers me most is the rebounding, followed be being too rattled to score in the open paint. I can live with the atrocious jump shots.

Nothing about Arizona athletics will ever surprise me. Final Fours and Rose Bowl berths only happen for the other guys. That's the only certainty.
