My dad is the coolest 64yo in the world. Knew of a brewery that gives free tastings on Friday nights. Met tons of locals (some of who he had met prior at this thing and 30 years his younger) and keeping the party going on to the next place.

Pay back is I have to drive him to the airport at 4am. He's leading a Habitat for Humanity team to trinadad and tobago for two weeks starting tomorrow. Last year he when to Malawi w/ H4H. He's loving retirement.

I’ve forgotten about the subtle joys of slamming a bottle of wine on a weeknight!

Cooked the girls scallops tonight and they slammed them hard! Loved them! As my wife is a non threatening vegetarian watching them chow down just about brought me to happy tears. I gladly gave them my last one to split.
