It's long past time to bring this back to the court, let's do it with a small update:

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Roxy and Bill? This might actually be tolerable to listen to.

Thank God Pasch isn't there. That will make Walton a little more tolerable.

Even more than Bobby, I wanna beat Mick. Fuck ASU; Skullfuck UCLA.

Finally a guard hits a shot!
Tubelis with half the team points again.

Cats are horrible at shooting the 3.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Still struggling defensively.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Tyger Campbell has been personally kicking our ass the last 5 minutes
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Someone might want to cover this Campbell guy

If we don't start playing some defense we are going to get blown off the floor.

Well, at least the guards have scored for Arizona.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
How many steps does Tyger get?
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Tied at 41 at the half

Gonzaga won't play UA this season, but plays Portland?

Portland is a member of the WCC.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
And I'm glad they don't. Playing Gonzaga this year would be strikingly similar to the UA-asu football game
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
11-4 run to end the half, 5 - 12 on 3's

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Truth. That would be embarrassing. Reminded me of when UA had to cancel the UNC home and home series due to being blown out.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Let's put some length on Tyger.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
I knew if I didn't pick akinjo hex score some points.
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
UCLA is just slowly grinding us under.
They play fundamentally better defense than we do.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Ben is bringing it.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
We just can't stop these guys. They are scoring so easily
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Our blocking out has been sorely lacking in this game.
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
We can't get a rebound playing zone
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Unfortunately we can't guard Tyger Campbell playing man to man
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Horrible shot by Akinjo

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Has UCLA and USC swept the Arizona schools in AZ before?
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Bill said no
Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
What a disappointing week. Don't really care as much we won't go anywhere in March.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
Miller has been turning into Altmans bitch over the past 4 years
Looks like he's turning into Cronins bitch as well.
Recruiting has dropped off this year. 3 recruits ranked 86,98 and 102
The program continues to trend in the wrong direction

Crappy weekend of games. Not sure why both were televised on ESPN. Are we even relevant nationally anymore?

Espn knew would not do well so they wanted to televise it.

Re: (M) Game 12, Arizona vs UCLA (2020-2021)
I like the flashes we get to see at times from akinjo, mathurin, and tubelis.
Time will benefit this team. Most are newcomers and need time to gel together in this system. I’m very hopeful for next year. If you’ve been bitching about wanting a team of players that stay and develop...this is it. Stop complaining about wins and losses in a rebuilding year when we don’t have a postseason anyway. We need to see development individually first, and then get that all to come together late in the season. This one is a wash anyway.
Im a strong Miller supporter. I believe in him. However, I’m not blind and I can see reasons some want him gone. Well...suck it up and tough it out. He’s gonna be here a while. We had to pay to fire Sumlin, and hire Fisch. No money left to get rid of Miller. And he will get extended because there aren’t many better options out there. Plus if we found one, are they willing to come here with the “dark cloud”? I doubt it.
I think Miller will build up this team and the core of returners. We have a solid squad to keep building next season. Next year we should be able to make a tourney run. And depending on 2022 class could make a deeper one if we can somehow again keep our core.
