I bet if muss was interested and told them he was gonna be gone no matter when they'd negotiate a new buyout with us. They'd want to start their search then sitting waiting til may

Re: Tommy Lloyd
Serious question guys: Brase has minimal coaching experience (like Fisch) but if he sucks someone has to fire Lute’s grandkid OR Pastner, who (like Fisch) is good with the Twitter? If you’re Robbins, which one do you pick? I fear this is where this is headed.
(I’m so out if it’s Pastner).

God damn CSM gotta be laughing his ass of at us right now. We really dumped a coach that's won over 70% of his games for these clowns???? This is the era Arizona basketball might just die. Thanks Bobbins

Re: Tommy Lloyd
I can just see Muss telling dumb and dumber "hey, if you wait until May where I'd only owe 1.5 mil instead of 5 to Arkansas I would be interested."
Those dolts would certainly take the bait based on their track record. Then in a week the Hogs open up the bank, which was Muss's play all along, and we are left out in the cold.
I swear if that happens...

I doubt CSM is laughing. More like crying because ha has always recognized the history of this place, still loves his guys and worked his ass off to keep us afloat.

And what happens if you need to fire a matt brase or a damon stoudtamire?
Is bobby robby secretly employed by Assu?
I guess since there is only one bor for the state he technically kind of is.
Whoa, I think I just broke the conspiracy floodgates open.
Now it all makes sense

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

LMFAO @ all of the Miller haters. This is what you get when you have an egotistical Prez and a sniveling AD, neither of whom have a clue. As I mentioned, either in another thread or earlier in this one, this is where the UA slips into mediocrity and irrelevence.
I am totally done with the UA as long as those two clowns are in charge. Everyone will come to rue the day that Sean Miller was fired for no reason.

Re: Tommy Lloyd
This is starting to look increasingly like a serious fumble from Heeke and Robbins...they stood by Miller 3 years told boosters and fans "He's our guy" go so far as to impose a post season ban THEY decided on with no real choice for Miller and team...Miller holds the guys together...gets us through the season and gets the team to play in spite of looming ban...no small feat...
Then suddenly without warning fire him WITHOUT cause prior to the sanctions being handed down by the IARP, which honestly could go either way, including SANCTIONS AGAINST THEM who are also named in the violations...
It's pretty clear they made Miller the fall guy and this firing had NOTHING TO DO WITH HAVING A PLAN IN PLACE...it was simply an ass-covering...
IF THERE WAS A PLAN, they apparently have fucked it up beyond recognition...at a time when student athletes are considering to stay or go they create the biggest clusterfuck in the last 10 years outmatching the Sumlin fiasco...
Fuck those guys...fuck them to hell.

i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.

Did Brase actually play in a game while he was on the team? It's possible because in those days we had a lot of blowouts.

That 0.5 ppg, 0.5 rpg and 0.3 apg was instrumental in our 2005 run. If Lute had just played him more, Illinois never would have come back.azgreg wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 5:53 pm Who wrote this on Matt Brase's wiki page?

Earned three minutes vs. California on 2/3...
Saw action in his third straight game on 12/30 vs. Richmond and scored his first field goal of the season...
Played a career-best six minutes on 12/21 vs. Manhattan ... Garnered one minute of action on 11/18 vs. Wright State.
That's the saddest player bio I've ever read.
