Seemed OK to me, Just saw a play like it a couple weeks ago where a player was heading untouched into the end zone and kneed before he scored to retain possession of the ball, but that team was ahead.

• UCLA has a one point deficit with the ball first and goal with just over a minute left.
  UCLA wants to take time off the clock and either get a TD or kick a FG as time expires
  ASU wants the ball back with as much time as they can get
  If UCLA scores right away and kicks a PAT, ASU still has time to score a TD and win
  UCLA runner intentionally stops at the goal line
  ASU forces the runner into the end zone

I imagine the success rate is about the same as the usual try to stop on downs and hope they miss a chip shot field goal, which does happen.

the thing about this is, every fanbase an/or school who piles on another school for cheating must always beware, because every school participates on many levels in football and of course basketball.

over a period of time, its just a matter of time before the aforementioned gets caught in the same undertow.

its a viscous cycle and one that all power schools and fanbases have to deal with, cause in most cases its not a matter of if but when their own schools are exposed.

taking the opportunity to take celebrate and take joy in the actions of others is stupid, undoubtedly there will come a moment in time when they too themselves will be found at the podium or on twitter taking a damage control position.

for ASU this is not new, which makes their attitude(s) toward other (not just Arizona) programs in the same or previous predicament all the more hilarious.

1) NCAA scandal and Arizona basketball has been front and center undeservedly for so long, and then the CSM firing rekindled that fire. It's about time someone else is on the hot seat.

List of things that are so dang funny about this:

1). Assu fans saying this is nothing, and now they’re playing with the big boys, and jealousy, and no one has proof, blah blah blah after all the crap they threw our way.

2). Same scummies saying it’s obviously Scottie Graham snitching because he’s coaching here now.

3). The whole “snitches get stitches” attitude they have going on up north. This I find particularly hilarious because in our NOA, we got nailed harder because of Book and Phelps not cooperating with the NCAA. And here they have people lining up with receipts.

4) they were already a laughingstock for how COVID wasn’t handled. Then throw this on that fire?

5) once the NCAA starts digging in at a school, who knows what they’ll find, like how Hurley landed last year’s class.

6) kinda shows a “lack of institutional control” and “disregard for promoting a culture of compliance”, like in our NOA.

7) in every single NOA I’ve ever read, the last part is aggravating factors that list every violation a school has had in the past. Last time I looked, they were second only to SMU with violations/penalties, so that’ll probably help them out there.
