I mean the Nnaji's had a great experience with Arizona, so of course that helped Adia. However when this recruitment started, Adia's program wasn't good enough to land a player of this quality even with the great relationships built at Arizona. Adia's program is now at the level where it's more than good enough to land a player of this stature and all the relationships and positive experiences at Arizona with Zeke put them over the rest of the competition. Credit Miller with an assist, but this is primarily all Adia's doing.

Teams can have 15 players, I do not know the full scholarship count but Sam, Cate, Bendu, Shaina and Smith are all Seniors this year, though other than Sam I am not sure if the others can have an extra year of eligibility due to Covid. Mix that in with a few transfers we have already seen, there is not doubt that we have room for additional players if they make sense.

That puts us in rarified air! And if Maya is half as good as a player and a person as brother Zeke, we got ourselves a great player and representative of the program. Adia has become a media darling on top of being a great coach, Her recruiting will continue to surpass anything we have ever seen from the women's side and only Stanford can really compete in the Pac 12.
