Re: (M) Game 16, Arizona at Stanford (2021-2022)
Stanford’s James Keefe is glaringly the worst player on the floor. Doesn’t take wide open shots, doesn’t go up for rebounds, backs down in the paint, 40% free throw shooter.
ESPN mentioned his Dad as a former Stanford player, so I guess that helped Keefe get his basketball scholarship.

Rat Poison huh? Looks like Tommy Boy has the antidote. Our guys are playing without any evident entitlement.

Our defense didn’t come to fuck around.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Terry reminds me of Solomon Hill.
He still needs to get his body and mind in sync.
The ability is there. It’s just going to take another season to put it all together.
By all the tweets posted here this last off season, it seemed like he did spend a lot of time in gym.

Terry is much more athletic. He gets beat a lot, but recovers really quickly.Postmaster wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:36 pm Terry reminds me of Solomon Hill.

Yeah, I’m talking more development than physical traits or what they specifically do on the court.Merkin wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:37 pmTerry is much more athletic. He gets beat a lot, but recovers really quickly.Postmaster wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:36 pm Terry reminds me of Solomon Hill.

Glad to see the 2nd team stepping up!

Re: (M) Game 16, Arizona at Stanford (2021-2022)
This may be a good time to give either Bal or Nowell some PT. We have a short turnaround leading to the UCLA game and we have already piled up a lot of minutes on the remaining rotation with Tubelis out.

Another day in the life of Momo Jones.
“The reality is that the hardest games to win are over teams on their home court. Teams that don’t play those games can spin it however they want, but what they’re saying is, ‘We don’t want to lose in our non conference season.’" - Sean Miller
Re: (M) Game 16, Arizona at Stanford (2021-2022)
Ucla up by only 2 on Utah with 7 minutes left
Re: (M) Game 16, Arizona at Stanford (2021-2022)

I don’t understand how you win by 25+ giving up 20+ offensive rebounds. My brain hurts.
