Why not sign him for the rest of the season?

They should. Finally some much needed defense.
Re: Former Cats in the NBA
Solo is going to the Knicks in this Cam Reddish deal.
Not sure what that actually means since he’s out for the rest of the year. Wondering if NY will buy him out of the rest of his contract and move it off their books.

Our Wildcat men are trying to play like that. It shows up lately in our TOs.

Re: Former Cats in the NBA
Just watched that and the refs ended up giving a double tech. I watched it several times... I don't see Aaron doing or saying anything. Russ flies to the ground by running into a wall of Gordon. How does Aaron end up with a T?
Re: Former Cats in the NBA
Aaron got a technical for standing.

That's Aaron Gordon? Would not have recognized him if he passed me by on the street.

What a stunning loss of face for Russ. Stonefaced AG just let him destroy himself.

Last night he had a so-so game against Harden and the Nets but Lebron was unconscious.

Re: Former Cats in the NBA
Bonds wore a 7 1/4 size hat when he joined the team in 1993 but that around 2002 his size grew to 7 3/8. Under cross-examination from Bonds attorney Allen Ruby, Mr. Murphy said the heads of other Giants, including Willie Mays and Willie McCovey, also grew, but only after they had retired from baseball.
His shoe size also went from 10 1/2 to 13.

LOL … the body you need to maintain for an NBA season is not the body you may want for literally anything else.
Bibby was always a boxy guy, and probably had to do a ton of cardio to keep from bulking up too much lifting weights. Now he obviously doesn’t need to worry about being able to sprint 6 miles a night 90 feet at a time.

I remember reading somewhere that there are only two ways your head can get bigger at that age.
One is a super-rare syndrome (forgot the name). The other is HGH. (talking about Bonds)

Re: Former Cats in the NBA
I know he ain't in the league anymore, but... Richard Jefferson just showed up on the Australian ESPN show 'The Jump'.
- Apparently he's back living in Cleveland and its 'great'
- He equivocated about whether Philly or Brooklyn got the better deal.
- He laughed at Harden's clown suit from the other day
- He observed that LA may well get it together to make the playoffs, but they will not contend
- He observed that the Suns '100%' can win it all
- He observed that Aussie Josh Giddy is having a terrific rookie year
- He wouldn't be drawn on whether Jokic is the leader for MVP - there are 'several' strong contenders.
- He name checked his 'good friend' Channing Frye
- He said he wants to be on the Aussie show every month - he's looking forward to it.

Re: Former Cats in the NBA
I guess Gil was on a podcast and talked some shit about how RJ shouldn’t have been drafted as high as he was, so RJ went on TikTok and told some stories about how Gil’s immaturity at the draft combine was why he slipped to the second round and alluded to Gil doing something he wasn’t supposed to the night before the ‘01 championship game.
Didn’t really sound all that amicable. RJ gave props to Gil’s talent, but it’s obvious he wasn’t happy about Arenas dogging him.
Anyway, here’s the clip…

Re: Former Cats in the NBA
I always thought Gilbert played like crap in the 2001 final because he injured his right shoulder against Michigan State in the semis. (was it Zach Randolph or Jason Richardson that injured him? My memory escapes me).
EDIT: Go to the 12:19 mark. He did it to himself on a dunk:
