Wow! That’s a helluva stat! Good for him! Not a good night for his personal stats, but we seemed to function better with better offensive flow when he was on the court. Hope he’s even healthier and more effective next week.

Best thing about this team all year. Nose to the grindstone tough. My drawers got soiled late, but Benn was confident as hell hitting that 3. The trap on Miles at the end gave me supreme confidence in Lloyd's coaching. We did exactly what we needed to in that crucial situation.

We were 26-41 from 2. That is other worldly. We just find ways to win rather than lose. 5-27 from 3, no problem, we will just shoot almost 70% from 2.

He was an asshole in the press conference. Did not mention Arizona at all (most coaches say some sort of "give them credit" comment) and similar to what their guard mentioned he said "we deserved to win".

As for the last play in regulation, he gave a backhanded whine - " everyone is talking about it. I said to the team to handle it the right way. These are the best officials for these games." Blah, blah blah. Didn't say anything to the affect that 1 call didn't decide the game like most coaches say.

I thought two were legit. Definite contact affecting the shot. What wasn’t legit was how the shooters collapsed like they had been shot by a sniper from the window of the book depository, but hey, do what you gotta do to get the call.

What was certainly not legit were the four and-1s the refs missed. If you’re wearing stripes you’re supposed to protect the players, not let them get punched in the head when they go up for a layup or slam.

Was watching with my son and we both agreed the team was much better with Kerr in the game. Benn got a lot of points, but his shooting was crap. I'm amazed we actually won, considering we were out rebounded and had more turnovers than TCU.
