Re: NCAA thread
This tweet has aged well.

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

If he has any residual injury at all, he should sue the NCAA.

It wouldn’t surprise me if she’s been looking for a job for 14 years, but if the NCAA wants someone more incompetent than Emmert, Condi’s your gal.

I saw where it said June 2023 or when they hire someone else, whichever comes first.

Re: NCAA thread
June 2023 is about the time it collapses under its own outdated weight. U of A should be close to understanding its penalty by then.

I don't have an argument with your assessment of her competencies, but she has been very gainfully employed at Stanford since leaving office.SCCats wrote: Wed Apr 27, 2022 8:48 am

How the hell do you expect me to get a shot off if I can't flop anymore?

What a dork
Re: NCAA thread
I know a court just tossed the NCAA’s NIL rules but I would imagine that the rule against being paid for performing on the court/field will survive, so this tourney seems like a total non-starter.
But if it does happen, you just know Kansas will be there.

Re: NCAA thread
The NCAA just removed all transfer rules rather than fight it out in court. Anytime/anywhere and is looking at giving a year back to players that transferred a second time and had to sit out. No rules boys.
