This one had to hurt for fans like lakebison. NDSU has been a dominant FCS program that has a history of beating FBS teams but ends up losing to a mediocre to bad Arizona team. Talk about a reality check.

I know it's early but I would certainly not call us a bad team at the moment. Colorado has taken that spot imo.

But point taken for "some" NDSU fans to feel butt hurt over losing to a team that has won only 1 game in the previous 2 years.

And even that one win would not have happened if Berkeley didn't have a different Covid protocol than other areas.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards the mediocre but left bad in there just in case. I try to keep my expectations as low as possible to try and prevent me from caring as much, almost like a self-preservation mechanism.

You can't say this for certain at all yet you keep doing it over and over and over again

What about if McCloud doesn't get hurt? What about a million other things?

From all the podcasters it seems like there was quite a bit of NDSU fans that made the trip that were pretty annoying.
