So by my count there are currently 80 bowl eligible teams and 84 slots in 42 bowls with only conference titles to go... so can we still get invited?
I don’t think the Pac-12 allows teams with losing records to go to a bowl game.

The PAC-12 does not allow teams with less than 6 wins to play in a bowl game.

Scheer said the PAC won't allow 5-7 teams to go bowling. And don't blame them. Those lower tier bowls are money losers, and the PAC needs to make up the losses from profits from the upper tier bowls. Does Cal want to see their cut of bowl profits reduced so UA can go bowling?
