The Phoenix Devin Durants don't have a durable team structure.

It was odd that Jokic just had to have the ball at that moment. But the shove was barely a sneeze. A tempest in a teapot IMO. Still, there mustn't be a laying on of hands between players and spectators.

It was so stupid of Jokic

And yes it is a big nothingburger… but according to the rule book… he should be suspended

NBA went with the letter of the rule against the Suns vs the Spurs way back when. They need to be consistent but hey, it’s the Suns so Jokic will likely play and score 40

And, the "fan" who left his seat and approached a player should be banned from NBA forever, eh??

I think they should review the call and determine that the Sun's dickhead owner flopped.

You know the Suns got a new owner right?

The dickhead owner is no longer!

Yeah I know. I also know he was a walk-on at MSU.

Maybe dickhead was a bit harsh (UADevil neg repped me for God’s sake). I just couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t let go of the ball. And then throwing his hands up when Jokic shoved him like he was trying to draw a foul was sort of dickish.

A fan I can see pulling that shit because most fans are idiots anyway. But the owner who actually played basketball?

I don't disagree- but WTF was Jokic trying to do? It's not like he could have started playing if he had the ball. Ref has to put ball in play and he was still attending to Okogie who was on the ground.

All around stupidity but Ishbia was not the instigator

Agree. Jokic should be suspended for just the overall stupidity of the incident. I have no clue what he was trying to do.

Nice comeback from the Suns to tie the series.

Ari, how about a Lakers-Suns conference final?

;)

Remember back when Tim Duncan would insist on the ref letting him have the ball in between ft shots by an opponent? There's something primitive and territorial at work with these alpha male players. Maybe they're monumenting their sweat on the ball.

I apologize to all Suns fans for applying the term "dickhead" to the wrong team.

Wtf were the Nuggets doing trying to invade the Suns impromptu huddle at their bench? Total amateur move imo.

I'm starting to really dislike the Nuggets.

If Denver had sat out the entire 2Q they'd only be down 7 points.

Look at it this way: it could have been much worse. Instead of Hubie it could have been Bill.

All signs point to him re-signing with the Suns.

They were never going to pay him $30M this year

Wasn't Chris Paul the #1 PG in his class with Mustafa Shakur 2nd?

Paul is 38, so maybe a good fit for the Lakers.
