UW is the only other undefeated team in the Pac-12. Although this is the first good team they have faced.

Truly horrific shooting. Upshaw changes the Huskies. Just what they needed.

UDUB actually looks pretty good. Of course SDSU can't find the hoop. They are 7-45 with 8 to go. And no that is not a typo, 16%

Undefeated. Playing the #13 team in the nation, and a half filled crowd. Unreal.

And 1-15 from 3. Plus double-digit turnovers. Of course, this is B of A Arena, a place we've laid more than one turd--with official help--before.

BTW, love how the narrative on Chol has changed after the SDSU loss from "He wants to prove Miller made a mistake" to "He saw the writing on the wall there."

Is there any team in the Pac-12 who has consistently good attendance other than Arizona? I'm thinking Colorado.

Once upon a time their high school gym was considered the toughest place to play in the PAC...in their eyes, of course.

Yeah, it will be short lived though. Tad will move on soon, Rado is not great this year and I bet he is getting antsy...

so I check ESPN for some scores, and see that with 5:17 left, sdsu is losing to washington 43-24.

24 points in 35 minutes of basketball? are you kidding me with this crap sdsu? way to choke you losers. you can show yourselves to the door, and I hope it hits you on the way out.

Reminds me of us. Holding a team to 44 points with 4 minutes left, you'd think SDSU must be winning. If they could buy a bucket it'd be a different story.

And Chol has looked horrid. Why in the world wasn't he pulled sooner?

Chol still has the hottest hand on the team right now. A team shooting 16%, and 7% behind the arc.

Chol. Isn't that the guy who is gonna show us why he deserved more minutes? You know, aside from what he showed in practice on the regular?

At least he stayed for more than a pit stop though...

He was awful when he was here, and he is awful now. The kid cannot play, and it is surprising that Fisher lets him play so many minutes.

although we'd give up a lot more than 49

Apparently SDSU makes up for their bad short range shooting and awful 3PT shooting by being horrible at FTs.

He absolutely dominated SDSU. Need to get Dusan some more run, because Zeus will pick up a lot of fouls against Upshaw. The Washington games just got a lot more interesting ...

They're 16 in the coaches poll.

AP Poll:
3 AZ
9 Zaga
13 Utah
17 Wash
18 SDSU
35 Cal
36 Mich

Coaches
3 AZ
8 Zaga
14 Utah
16 SDSU
17 Wash
28 Mich
36 Cal
46 UCLA
http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/rankings

So 3 coaches think UCLA should be in the top 25?

But it's fun to see what the coaches spent not one second thinking about.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

Marriott Center is one tough place to play. Utah is learning to close out games while still playing without Jordan Loveridge. Delon Wright is the real deal - could very well be Pac-12 POY.

Colorado is a bubble team - the NIT bubble.

I remember when you goobers hung recruiting banners for Chol picking Arizona over Kansas. In retrospect, I believe that ends up being a recruiting win for Kansas. The other player that comes to mind that has turned into a bust is Tarczewski. He has, however, picked up one post move. It's called the "post feed off his rock hard hands out of bounds for the turnover every time" move.
