What a game. This team looks tough as nails. Every time Duke cut the lead or even when they went ahead by a couple, somebody makes a big play. And the FTs at the end......cool as ice.

This team can be great defensively. Tommy's plan was as good as I have seen in awhile. All the guys played hard whether they missed a shot or blew an assignment. Great team win.

CTL outcoached the crap out of Scheyer.

My favorite moment is when Duke finally took the lead late, did the 3 player slap the floor to prove intensity and we immediately scored and then held them. Slap the floor MF'rs. Big shoutout to Ballo who ran the floor and put pressure on Duke's D.

Watched the game at the club. Elliptical at very low resistance. In the 1h Bam Bam makes that late shoot clock 3, we get a stop on Duke's big under the basket, 'Shad makes a power move FG, TIME OUT BITCHES!!! I check my pulse: 158.

It was a great very early season game. I think we were better throughout, but either team could have won, but for some damn decent foul shooting in crunch time.

I think both teams will improve greatly during the season.

And I don’t fault or disrespect Scheyer at all. To do that is just bs. In fact, to claim that CTL “outcoached the crap” of him can only be true if one thinks Duke’s personnel are superior to Arizona’s…

I’m really glad that CTL and Scheyer like and respect one another, and that this home-and-home series is happening. It was a really good, competitive game, and next year’s contest @ McKale will truly be a treat for Arizona’s fans!
