Which has been happening repeatedly. We have had several snaps low on the play clock simply because the ref is not allowing the C to get over the ball. Had one where he wasn't allowed to hike until 8 on the clock and we still got it done. Stupid. Yes I know Oklahoma is playing slow down subs.

Because those are the rules when we make late offensive substitutions. The defense is allowed to do so as well.
