A game between Mick and Tony would distort time so much as to halt and reverse the expansion of the universe. Time itself would reverse. Chris Nolan should do a movie about UCLA vs Virginia.

Creighton already has 13 threes.

The best defense in the country can't stop a team shooting like that. Same thing happened when Houston went to KU a few weeks back.

Parity is pretty great for us diehards but I bet the casuals miss those super teams full of future superstars.

We've beaten Duke, Utah and Colorado on the road.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I do think this AZ team has proven it can win just about anywhere.

You don't play "on the road" in the NCAA tournament. Even if those NCAA crowds are predominantly for one team, it's not the same as playing a true road game.

I'll still be happy if literally anyone but UConn wins the title this year.

Well then look who we have lost to on the road. If we don't win the PAC it will be because of Oregon State.

I think you are missing the point. It’s a head scratcher that a team like UCONN who can’t seem to beat good teams on the road can somehow transform itself in the Tourney and beat arguably 6 good teams in a row at various venues. Not once but twice.

I don’t get that program at all and I live in CT.

I took it as: don’t make too much of a top 5 team losing a road game in late February. It doesn’t reveal too much about what could happen in the tournament.

3 different coaches in that time period too, so it's not like one guy has the majic juju.
Also like 3 conferences, or 2 I guess but the big east 2* and it isn't the same big east as it was before they jumped
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Also, we are the only team to 15 in both o&d in kenpom. Think we dropped in one category for a couple days once in last month or so. Been very consistent while others ebb and flow.

Kentucky continues to cost themselves at the end of games this season, losing to a below average LSU team on the road.

Houston with a 6 point lead with 15 min left is like anyone else with a 20 point lead at the under 4. Put in the scrubs!!

Reminds me of the kid from Tucson who had a stroke when the fans rushed the court. Ended up partially paralyzed. Had a volleyball scholarship to Stanford or something like that which they converted to academic.

I think no one wants UK in an early round game. They won't get a high seed, but will be tougher than that seed!

Another fan favorite. Unlike the UA, where most venues outside of Glendale and LA will be rooting for whoever UA plays. Which I can understand. Just natural when you have two teams you have no interest in you root for the underdog.

From my attendance at early round NCAA games, I find the fans without rooting interests are more likely to just appreciate good performances...

... but when an underdog is close and competitive with 10 or less minutes to go, they definitely go for the upset!
