With Pulido sitting out spring ball for about a week with a (temporary, we hope and assume) injury, I believe Spears said Borjon was getting plenty of reps at LT, so I believe he was expected to play, at least some.

I guess we can take the student part out of student-athlete. Having worked for a university myself for many years, it's really hard to graduate with so many transfer credits going to 3 different schools. Not like high school. At least where I worked, you had to be a student for 2 years to graduate no matter how many transfer units you have.

Yesterday - The Arizona football Program invited select faculty and staff to spend the day in the life with the football team. My wife was able to bring me along.

The most interesting thing the Chief of Staff said... and did not shy away from ... many players during the last few months have been regularly getting calls during team meetings coming from Seattle area codes.... it was obvious they have no love for our former coaching staff.

Coach Brennan seems like a really honest and good dude.

After the meeting the team went on to practice / drills and scrimmage and we were able to hang on the field for this. At one point we were approached by Ricky Hundley as he stopped to shake our hands to introduce himself. (no introduction needed!). But he was the coolest guy ever!

It was a pretty cool day
