Welp......we're under contract.

Just got off the phone with the builder and they've offered us a property. They weren't able to get ahold of the three couples ahead of us on the list. $264K, 5.75%, $4,100 in closing costs. Monthly mortgage will be $2,575. End of June move-in.

Yeah that's crazy. We paid 244k in 2020 for our house at 3.5% and our payment is $1390

Just finished our walkthrough. We put up over 100 little tape dots on items they need to fix. We close Thursday.
