Not only the best, one of the nicest too. His interviews were always so warm and genuine, just the opposite to some of his contemporaries like Pete Rose who has to be one of the biggest dicks ever.

Up there in the pantheon of the greats. Only Giant I actually liked.

Can you imagine Mays, Mantle and Snyder playing in the same city at the same time?
