Re: Game 12, at UTEP
I'm guessing the halftime line in Vegas will be about Arizona -5 for the second half.

I don't know...tough environment, we're a bit rattled but the wheels never fell off. They're playing super hard, they're gonna tire out second half, and we gotta get Rondae on that guy going off on Ashley.

UA is not UCLA or Cal, not sure why why any UA athlete has issues.NETSFAN4HASSAN wrote:Gradesdirtbags wrote:so what's the story with victor?
Re: Game 12, at UTEP
Gabe needs to learn how to pass a ball as well.

Re: Game 12, at UTEP
After a great start...that was a lot of hot garbage.
yet we still lead by 3. that's nice, but we better step it up in the 2nd half.
10 turnvers? I think the guys on radio said utep was averaging forcing 8 opponent turnovers a game...and we've done worse than that in a single half.
sigh.

It's long past time to bring this back to the court, let's do it with a small update:
Re: Game 12, at UTEP
Well, that sucked. At least it started out well. Too late to put the genie back in the bottle, gonna have to battle. Good. Come with it.
Re: Game 12, at UTEP
York does a lot of things well, but ball security certainly isn't his forte.

Miller does do some pretty nice half time adjustments.
Pretty sure number 1 is don't let Hunter have the ball.

Re: Game 12, at UTEP
we start off up 15-2 in the first 5:13 in the game.
then got outscored 23-13 for the rest of the half.
13 points in 14:47 (and only 13 cause of a buzzer beating 3 pointer) isn't going to cut it in the 2nd half.

So much for starting the 2nd like we did the first. :/

Re: Game 12, at UTEP
every score for them (sans the ones ashley defends) is difficult for them. That wears on a team.
Re: Game 12, at UTEP
If CSM puts RHJ in so quickly (like after 1 min.), why not just start him?

Tough Detroit baller.
Re: Game 12, at UTEP
Why did I pick Ronade in RAP? He's just off tonight. Sigh.

Gotta do a better job of denying Hunter the ball.
