This ump is total shit so far. I counted 5 missed calls just in that first 1/2 inning.

Saw a stat where 56% of the border calls went the way of the Yankees. Things might be equaling out now that MLB got the marquee match up it wanted (no dog in the fight here)

Guys like Judge, Soto, and Rizzo don’t swing at balls. When you confidently take real tough borderline pitches you tend to get the benefit of the doubt from umps so that stat doesn’t surprise me.

This ump has been bad in favor of both teams. So It is what it is, but a strike is a fucking strike.

I thought the RF played that ball wrong. He had no chance and should have just taken it off the wall and kept him at a doubly, especially with only one out.

Roberts sounded optimistic about Ohtani’s injury in the presser but we will see.

Yanks getting to Treinen in the 9th should give them some optimism going into game 3. I actually predict a Yankees blowout in game 3 as they will take out their frustrations on Buehler who has been shaky lately.

This series if far from over, especially with the Dodgers throwing a bullpen game in game 4.

Not the way I thought this series would go. Dodger starting pitching has been awesome.

Better pitching, better hitting and better defense. It’s been that simple for the Dodgers. Still think surviving against the Padres loosened this team up.
