He’s gonna look phenomenal in the home striped warm up pants.

So, both Oumar and Boz have jumped to one of the two "real" (football) conferences, eh?  8-)

Indiana is a wreck and Oumar has pretty much mailed it in. Zero hustle, getting ejected, not in shape looks like we dodged a bullet having Henri instead of Ballo.

Oumar got paid and looks like he's fat and happy now.

Ballo had 16 points and 15 boards in that game prior to getting the boot.

Further, just about all of his numbers this season to date are better than last season’s. His rebounding numbers being the outlier but the fewer offensive boards are partly due to differences in scheme and his defensive rebounding % is only 1.4% less than last season’s. His assist rate is way up, his block rate is up, he is shooting 85 points better from the line and 21 points better on 2FG on similar usage. Leading to an improved offensive rating this season.

Indiana may have a crappy coach and not be very good this season but if Ballo has mailed it in that is not reflected in his numbers.

They were talking about Ballo the other night on a podcast and they were not very nice. They said Ballo does not play hard and he's a defensive liability. Who would of thought the Cats are better with Henri than Ballo or Krivas?

I think your absolutely wrong about Krivas. He would be our best player this year. Our issue will be next year keeping them both.

As Winger said Ballo is Ballo. Where would Indiana be without Ballo? Leads them in points, rebounds and blocks and shooting 68%. Ballo has 29 blocks on the season and the next guy has 7. Every team can use a 14 and 10 guy.

Indiana fans sound like we do after a loss. They have a better overall record than we do but have lost in conference a couple in a row. Wait to see how we talk about players/coach after our next loss or just look in the past. Said Delly was trash (he has a specific purpose), Euros were soft, our power forward was simply not up to the task (yes he is undersized). He was the main contributor in getting Baylor's top rebounder in foul trouble and held him to a total of 4. That guy is the active NCAA rebound leader according to Tommy.

We don't have the perfect team, we lose leads late, we can be sloppy with the ball, we have poor decision making at times but the first half of the game against Baylor was the best basketball I have seen us play in a while and maybe since Tommy has been here.

As someone who watches IU play regularly…Woodson is terrible. Insiders say he’s lazy with recruiting and will cancel dinners with recruits 5 minutes before it’s scheduled, so he can stay home and drink wine/smoke cigars. He is known as “Big Foot” to Indiana high school coaches because they hear about him but never see him.

The fans are totally done with him. The only reason he is still there is that he’s close with the big time boosters and he’s an alum.

The fans and students left at halftime Tuesday. It was an absolute embarrassment. The players deserve blame too…but when you’re paying that much NIL, the players aren’t playing hard, because they are getting paid either way…and Ballo has been out drinking “well past midnight” on nights before 12pm games.

Did Ballo have these habits with us? Not like Tommy is a disciplinarian.

Not sure about Ballo, but wasn't Boswell doing some pretty heavy drinking last year?

From what I’ve heard, as long as you’re doing your work in practice and in the classroom, Tommy is pretty lenient on what guys do outside of those hours (as long as you’re not embarrassing the program).

Bloomington is a very isolated and insular community and the spotlight shines brightest on the basketball team. It wouldn’t surprise me if what might get a shrug in Tucson is a story that gets major play in central Indiana.

Missed two shots at end of regulation but I think he got a block at the buzzer to send it to OT.

I don't think you play 40 mins and pull down 15 rebounds if you are out drinking at night. He is probably Indiana's second best player and the most consistent.

I watched the game last night. He looked pretty good. Slimmer than I remember him.

He shoots free throws left handed now and looks smooth. Go figure.

This does not seem accurate at all. Oumar looks to be the bright spot on the Indiana roster.

Kind of sucks Ballo leaves then Krivas goes down for the year.

I miss Oumar’s rim protection.

I think Henri is better overall than Krivas, especially on defense.

No disrespect to Krivas - he is young and has a great upside - we miss him now, no doubt, but Henri will benefit from his role this year, and Krivas will be a star next year.
