Same. It's just like the Houston game in the Big 12 title game. We played our asses off and just lost to the better team. Nothing you can do but tip your cap.

KJ and CB were just 5 for 19. Not a great game by either. Both played hard.

Love also covered Proctor for most of the game and kept him under control. Caleb was really trashed by a couple of folks on this site but always tried hard and was NEVER AFRAID. Glad he ended on a high note.

Wonder if Bryant played himself out of the top 20. Great if he came back and put himself into the lottery, although it doesn't seem likely.

So proud of this team. Tremendous effort but Duke was just too much and had an answer all night.

Their length, defense and elite shooting was apparent but we played our ass off and never quit. That’s all you can ask for.

BTW, scoring 93 points on that team was fucking impressive. Again, proud of our Cats on the fight!

BTFD!

It’s pretty clear… Duke is the better team… maybe the best team. And we have them a fight until the end. What else can you ask for as a fan?

Not upset at all about the outcome, they left it on the floor and the better team won

Woke up even more proud of the team……

……… and angry about how the refs killed our comeback.

Great game and I really enjoyed the first season of the XII!

On top of the non-flagrant call, the double foul on the charge ADO took was a killer. Instead of getting the ball, they kept it and I think may have hit a 3. Cats played tough all around, but ultimately you can't give up 22-25 shots midway through the game and expect to win.

Lobs killed us too. And even when they missed they got the rebound at crucial times.

We got a few calls too I thought on drives.

Tommy got the most out of this team. Sweet 16 ceiling with our D deficiencies, especially against a team as talented as Duke. The fact we came back and made them work until the end is a credit to everyone on the bench last night. The heart, grit, and determination we showed last night beats 99% of the teams in the country. Unfortunately, Duke also played with similar desire, and in the end, talent won out. Disappointed we're still not playing, but we can hold our heads up high.

Apologies if this is redundant:

After botched flagrant foul, Arizona-Duke officials don't advance to Elite 8

How bad was the officiating in Duke's 100-93 victory over Arizona in the Sweet 16 of the 2025 NCAA Tournament?

Bad enough that not a single one of the three officials has been selected to call an Elite Eight game this weekend.

Officials in the NCAA men's college basketball tournament are evaluated after each round and advance to the next round based on their scores. The scores for Lee Cassell, Michael Greenstein and Keith Kimbell did not meet the bar, and all three are done for the tournament.

They were bad both ways. But worse to us.

Glad Tony Padilla is done too.

Sure would be nice if none of them had advanced to the Sweet 16 to begin with...

Shows you how shallow the ref pool is.
