Big Jonah is a 6-5, 336, Junior offensive lineman from Tafuna, American Samoa. He has started every game the past 2 years earning FWAA Freshman All-American honors his first season and an All-PAC-12 honorable mention last year. Savaiinaea will likely start at one of the tackle spots, but has started at both guard and tackle over the past 2 years. He is a projected 1st round pick, so this is likely his last year in Tucson.

Here is an interview from last year's fall camp:

From this spring:

71 of Jacob Manu's 116 tackles were assisted last year.

Dude is a fucking beast. Now I’m really getting excited about the start of the season and watching this kid pave lanes for our RBs and giving Noah & TMac that extra half second to make crazy plays happen down the field.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

So ESPIN didn’t mess this one up and actually called him from Arizona. Small victories
