My wife informed me that we live a sedentary lifestyle and need to change that even though I walk the dog 2.5-3 miles a day while she yells at me from her office window that I’m doing it wrong.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

I've gotta give credit to my white trash Texas parents: I was born and raised on the Mediterranean diet. Artichokes, eggplant, leafy greens, fish, nuts, seeds, grains, pulses, peppers all come naturally to the mouth. Wine is the problem. Oh well. Too fucking bad.

Holy shit the restaurant game in Austin Tx is ridiculous

And the things they can go with beef down here are fantastic.

Really enjoyed my first trip to Austin to the chagrin of this thread
