I am curious to see who starts today.

Seems like a Silva to Maddox to Swain game.

If ASU thrown Brown again, I’m curious if Lowe rolls with stoddard.

Doesn't get much better than Duke losing, and us beating ASU and OSU.

What a comeback by the ladies!

A comedy of errors was a good way to describe this one. The Jayhawks couldn't handle the pressure, causing a bunch of dumb errors. They also couldn't get us out, and couldn't hit until it was 15-0.

Kansas is not good at softball. We made them look like a high school team.

Next up: A showdown at Hillenbrand with league-leading Texas Tech, in what could be a preview of the Big XII Tournament at the WCWS field at OKC. A sweep would bring us within one in the loss column. The Friday game will be on FS1, and the Saturday game on ESPNU. After that, we play at last place Houston, while they play ASU and at BYU. This thing is definitely within reach.

Could it be because of rainouts? Brian Jeffries said some Big 12 baseball team was a few games behind because of rainouts that wouldn't be made up. The same might be true for softball.

If you watched last nights game with TTU, they repeatedly reported that TTU pitcher that transferred from Stanford was getting $1M in NIL. She was former NCAA freshman and then player of the year. What different times we live in.

Yes, it looks like TT has purchased the Big-12 Softball championship this year...

No, Arizona's second place is "suboptimal" (sic).

Even though the Cats lost yesterday, the game was a pleasure to watch. I remember some classic battles vs POY pitchers (most of which the cats won!!).

Competing at this level is what we expect from U of A Softball. AFAIC, watching U of A Softball, forever, and women's basketball, the last 8 years, is one of the perks of being a U of A sports fan - and certainly more rewarding than the football program...

But the impact of big $$$$ is radically changing the collegiate sports landscape!

Apparently there was a national ESPN outage.

Nice sweep to end the regular season. On to the Big 12 tournament!

Crazy game with UCF and Utah. UCF had a 5-0 lead in the 7th, gave up 5 runs, and UCF had to win it in the bottom of the 7th. Glad Utah made them work for it.

We play UCF tomorrow.

I think both Osterman and Lawrie have been good commentators and both very respectful of this U of A team and the program's history.

And, unfortunately, Canady is as great as both were...
