Couldn't figure out how to embed, but the above video link is the final lap of the just finished 5K NCAA Championship at Hayward Field in Eugene Oregon.
Couldn't be prouder of Lawi Lalang, but to see that block A come back and out kick the "O" at the end made it even sweeter considering it was in front of the home crowd.

It was a truly spectacular race. Also, anyone who saw what Cheserek (the UO runner) did Wednesday night in the 10k realizes that Lawang ran as perfect a race as possible. He went with a fast pace that prevented Cheserek from having that crushing finish that he is accustomed to. Hopefully he'll repeat the excellence with another championship tomorrow.
