Yes. As long as you have an IP address outside of the US. I use a VPN and have my IP address to Australia

Our TO's will hold us back in a close game. Sitting at 12 at the half is not good. If we got those 12 shots up we would have another 12 points. Teams with low TO's will give us a bit of trouble. Plus giving up to many offensive rebounds.
